Title V-B

The Rural Education Achievement Program (REAP) is designed to assist rural school districts in using Federal resources more effectively to improve the quality of instruction and student academic achievement.  Stephens County School System consolidates Title I, Part A and Title V, Part B funding as part of the Consolidation of Funds Initiative.  As a part of this initiative, Stephens County School System plans for expenditures that align with the intent and purpose of the Title V, Part B program.  For more information regarding Title IV, Part A, please visit the Georgia Department of Education Federal Programs Webpage.
