Contact Daniel Oldham  Daniel Oldham (706) 886-9415 ex: 1686 Superintendent

Dr. Oldham holds a Bachelors of Arts in History, a Masters of Secondary Education, and a PhD in Educational Leadership. He comes to Stephens County with a wide range of experience both in the
classroom and as an administrator. As an administrator, Dr. Oldham has served at both the school and district levels; most recently as the Deputy Superintendent of Schools for Stephens County.

Before joining the Stephens County School System, Dr. Oldham served as the Acting Superintendent for the Thomasville City School System. Over the past decade he has served as an Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Assessment, Director of Finance, CTAE Director, and as a building level administrator.  During his twenty years in education Dr. Oldham has served as a classroom teacher at many levels including the middle school, high school and university. The majority of his K-12 classroom experience included teaching Reading, Economics, World History and Computer Applications during his time with Thomas and Mitchell County Schools. Dr Oldham served as an Adjunct Professor at Thomas University for both the Education and Humanities departments.

Throughout his career Dr. Oldham has served on civic and non-profit boards including the Thomasville Center for the Arts and as a board member and Chairman of the Thomasville YMCA. Dr. Oldham was joined in his move to Stephens County by his wife Tiffany and their two daughters Layne and Kate. Tiffany is a School Counselor at Stephens County Middle School. Layne is a current junior at Stephens County High School and Kate is a current ninth grader at Stephens County High School.
